Filter Cartridge Buying Guide by Pleatco

The Index below lists our complete Pleatco Cartridge Filter Catalog. Sometimes it is difficult to locate the filter you need for you spa. Often, spa manufacturers buy filters from a filter manufacturer when building their spas. Therefore you may not always be able to locate the filter you need by simply searching for the brand name of the spa.

For example, a spa brand named REGENCY was actually manufactured by a company called NEMCO and they have used HAYWARD or RAINBOW filters in their spas. Therefore, to try to find the filter you would need for a REGENCY spa, you might have to search under REGENCY, NEMCO, HAYWARD or RAINBOW to get the right one. In many cases, we have cross referenced the filter listings to make it easier for you to find.

Follow these steps to locate the cartridge you need:

1- Find out what is the make and model name of your spa (example: Manufacturer -AJ SPAS Model - SENECA or Manufacturer ADVANCED SPAS Model - LIBRA, etc.)

2- Look at the filter canister (if visible) and see if it lists any manufacturer's information (example: STA-RITE TXR-35 or HAYWARD C225, etc.).  You can also check the instruction manual that came with your spa, if you still have it.

3- Measure your filter. You will need the HEIGHT, OUTER DIAMETER and DIAMETER OF THE HOLE. This will assure you that you have found the right filter for your spa. Part numbers and names can be confusing, but MEASUREMENTS DON'T LIE !

4- Scroll down this Index page and see if the brand name of your spa or filter manufacturer is listed here. If it is, go to that section and note the part # you will need for ordering.

5- If nothing useful shows up in your search, you will have to go to each of the five pages and check for measurements that match your filter.

6- If you still cannot locate your filter, call our Customer Service Department at (631) 580-2672 for further assistance. If you'd prefer you can e-mail your filter dimensions, and we will locate the filter that you need and e-mail you back with the information.
